Summary

Background: The intersectionality of climate change and sexual and reproductive health (SRH) has gained increasing attention in global health discourse. Young people are disproportionately affected by both climate change and SRH challenges. Findings: Youth engagement strategies include peer education programs, digital platforms and social media campaigns, community-based participatory research, youth-led advocacy, and integration of SRH and climate change education into school curricula. Conclusion: Empowering youth as agents of change in addressing the nexus of climate change and SRH requires multi-sectoral collaboration, sustained investment, and creating enabling environments for youth participation.
