The rising costs of healthcare, driven in part by advancing medical technology, pose a challenge to health systems globally. Findings: Health technology management encompasses procurement processes, medical equipment inventory management, maintenance programs, computerized maintenance management systems, and safe use of medical devices. Conclusion: Effective health technology management is vital for ensuring safe and equitable health service delivery. The chosen management approach should be integrated into the existing health system.
